Step 1. First, you should open the Google Play Store or App Store and search for Instagram to check for updates. Ensure your Instagram app is up to date, as the Polaroid Frames is a relatively new feature.
Step 2. Once you installed the latest version of Instagram, open the app. Then, tap the + icon and select the Story option to create your story.
Step 3. After creating your story, click the Sticker icon at the top and select Frames in the next menu, which will open your camera roll where you can select a photo to add to the Polaroid frame.
Step 4. Next, you can add a caption of up to 19 characters in the frame, and click Done to save your changes. Also, the data and timestamp of when the photo was taken will be shown under the caption.

#1. Update Instagram

#2. Clear Instagram Cache (Android)
