Step 1. Open the CapCut app on your computer after installation and click the + Create project button at the top to enter the main UI.

Step 2. Click the Import button to add your video and drag it to the timeline.

Step 3. Select the video on the timeline and drag the playhead to where you want the transition to begin. Switch from the Video tab to Adjustment, click the Add keyframe icon on the right of the Adjust option to add a keyframe, and drag the Saturation slider all the way to the left to make the video black and white.

Create a Black and White to Color Transition in Premiere Pro
