Option 2. Manual Way

  1. Open Premiere on your computer.
  2. Click File > Import to add the video that you want to flip.
  3. After it is imported, drag it onto the timeline.
  4. Select the clip you want to transform in the timeline.
  5. Go to Effects > Distort > Transform and double-click or drag it onto the clip.
  6. Go to Effect Controls > Transform and uncheck the Uniform Scale box.
  7. To flip horizontally, change the Scale Width to -100. To flip vertically, change the Scale Height to -100.

How to Flip One Portion of a Video Clip in Premiere
