How to Make a TikTok Avatar?
How to create avatars for TikTok? Here’s the tutorial on how to make a TikTok avatar.
Step 1. Firstly, make sure that you’re running the latest version of the TikTok app.
Step 2. Open your TikTok app and tap the + at bottom of the screen to open the camera.
Step 3. Tap the Effects tab at the bottom-left corner and click on the TikTok avatars effect.
If you can’t see this effect, just click the magnifying glass icon and type “tiktok avatar” to search for it manually.
Step 4. Once you click the TikTok Avatars, you’ll see a panel with predesigned avatars. Tap one of them to preview it.
To create a customized avatar, click the New and choose one of the avatars to edit it.
Step 5. Then, you can customize the avatar as you like. You can click a category like Head, Browse, Eye, and more to customize the look of your avatar.
Step 6. When you’re done, click the Done at the top right corner.
Your new TikTok avatar will automatically be selected to replace your face on TikTok’s camera screen.
Step 7. If you want to try out the Avatar Voice effect, tap the Effects tab, click the Avatar Voice effect icon, and choose a voice style.
Step 8. Tap the Record button to create a video. Speak into the microphone while recording.
Step 9. After recording, edit the video as usual. You can add text, stickers, filters, etc.
To enrich the video, TikTok lets you add a miniature avatar. Click the Effects tab and choose one from your TikTok avatars to add a miniature avatar to your video.
You can change the size and place of your miniature avatar. To change its reactions, you should tap the expressions on the screen.
Step 10. Post the video with your new avatar as a regular TikTok or click the Post to Story to share this video to your TikTok Stories.
