  1. Select the video clip on the timeline.
  2. Click on the Speed icon (dashboard) on the timeline toolbar and choose Slow.
  3. Then, pick one from the 6 different speed options: Normal, 0.5 X, 0.25 X, 0.1 X, 0.05 X, and 0.01 X. The smaller the number is, the slower the video will be.
